The World Rally Championship (WRC) has just announced that the Rally of Mexico will end this Saturday, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The last six stages scheduled for this Saturday evening are therefore the last, explained the organizer. "Given that many countries impose travel restrictions, all parties have agreed that officials, competitors and team employees must be able to return home safely and in a timely manner ... more than 75% of the rally's competition distance has been completed, full points for the FIA World Rally Championship will be awarded, ”said the press release.
