Sylvain Valero is a caterer in the Bordeaux region. In solidarity, Monday, March 23, he decided to prepare at his expense and deliver around thirty meal trays to caregivers at the Bordeaux hospital.

For Figaro Live, he explains that due to confinement, the self at CHU Pellegrin de Bordeaux is closed. This is the reason why he decided to help the nursing staff "who don't necessarily have the niac to cook for themselves when they get home".

The caterer would like to be able to renew the operation by appealing to the generosity of the confined French. For this, he created an online kitty which "aims to finance the purchase of food raw materials" . The cost of a meal tray amounts to 5 euros.

If he succeeds in collecting enough money, he even proposes to extend the delivery of meals "to nursing homes, clinics, fire stations and gendarmeries".
