The US Navy announced that the number of infected people with the Corona virus among the crew of the aircraft carrier "Theodore Roosevelt" doubled within 3 days and reached 447 cases.
A US Navy report published by US media reported that 92 percent of Theodore Roosevelt crew were examined and 447 of them were positive, 3,284 negative and 3,155 people landed on shore.
The aircraft carrier is currently anchored at Guam military base.
On Tuesday, Acting US Secretary of State Thomas Mudley resigned due to an uproar over his handling of the aircraft carrier that had been infected with Corona virus.
