It's not that simple to find good sushi in Israel, and we tried pretty much everything. From the upscale chains to the restaurants. Some of us were disappointed and some of us were pleasantly surprised. We decided to share a little with you. Let’s start with two particularly beloved sushias about this section’s writers. The first, the old "Moon", and opposite "Okinawa", both from Tel Aviv.

The first thing we said to ourselves when the very good sushi package arrived was "I wish it tasted as good as it was." Nespiler for you - it was. Good sushi is measured by two main ingredients - rice and the quality of the fish, and there is no doubt that Boon does not compromise on either. Accurate dishes, the most recommended is by far the salmon turu - salmon belly (the prime part of the fish) with salmon eggs, this dish is just perfect and its price is very fair - NIS 61.

All the dishes we tasted were excellent, the Nigerian, the popular sushi in Japan, is highly recommended in both the tuna and the salmon version but you should also pay attention to the lemon chili, a relatively simple but accurate dish and here too, will not cost - NIS 49. You will find a sushi market cheaper than it is likely to be quite tasty too, but for sushi of such quality, the prices are great and definitely worth it.

One of the big problems in Okinawa, and the sushi in the country in general, is that the menus are more diverse. Too much text, too much detail and it's easy to get lost among lots of good looking portions. In the end we were able to close down on the dishes that got us the most, and there were quite a few, and we received hot delivery (which should have been hot), fresh and faultless and liquid.

We opened with three Japanese marinated yakitori skewers and spicy soy glaze: Dennis, goose and poppy. The three of them were equally delicious and just opened our appetites.

We continued with the sushi dishes, which we really got together for: the entree was excellent and generous in fish, the funky Philadelphia was delicious and succulent. Initially, we were a bit alarmed by the smoky look of the Black Tokyo dish (red tuna, cucumber, chives and tempura chips in avocado and green tubo), but it did not disappoint either. We also ate Kamchen Curry - a delicious and unconventional dish, but tasted very dominant and not weak. Hope for you that you are not weak.

The price range is very wide, depending on the portion. The special rolls are sold for between NIS 30 and NIS, which is definitely worth it, especially when the proceeds are sometimes tastier than other places and more expensive. There was no doubt that it was a stampede delivery: excellent Japanese food, satisfactory and unconventional - which is even more challenging in the sushi world and no doubt justified the price.
