Tehran-Sana
An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale hit the outskirts of Bishin town in Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, in eastern Iran.
The Fars News Agency quoted the University of Tehran's seismological center as saying that the tremor center is located 10 km deep in the ground.
There were no reports of loss of life or material damage from the earthquake.
