At 11 o'clock this morning (18th), the police received a report that a suspected floating body was washed up on the rocky beach from the beach in Longgu Beach, Tuen Mun. The ambulance crew arrived and found a 30-year-old man who was certified dead on the spot. Initial investigations revealed that the man was wearing a life jacket and light-colored top and shorts. He had a scar on his neck of about 20 cm and no ID card was found. Police criminal investigation team members and forensic doctors were present at the scene to understand whether the incident was suspicious.
At 10 am this Monday, someone reported that there was an incomplete male body on the beach of Longgutan. After receiving the report, the police rushed to the scene and found that only half of the body was left, and the head and waist were missing. The case was subsequently referred to the Criminal Investigation Team of Tuen Mun Police District for follow-up.
