An indictment was filed today (Tuesday) against two East Jerusalem residents on suspicion of beating a couple on the beach in Tel Aviv.

"I will pet him and if he does anything to me I will kill him," 23-year-old Muhammad Hador told a couple who spent time at the beach and asked him not to touch their dog, because he might bite him. In response, he and his friend Muhammad Rugby, 27, beat the couple brutally, until police arrived and arrested them. An indictment was filed today against the two and a request for detention until the end of the proceedings.

The request did not bother him too much and threatened that if the dog did anything to him he would hit him and brought his hand towards the dog aggressively, until the dog bit him with his right hand.

Following this, the defendants started attacking the two when Rugby attacked the young man by kicking him in the back while Hadur attacked the young woman by pushing her to the floor. At the same time, Khedur attacked the young woman by holding her tightly, and the latter tried to escape from him by biting him and in response he pushed her to the floor and continued to attack her by kicking her and trying to throw a scooter at her, all while another witness prevented him from doing so.

Due to their great fear, the couple entered but into the heart of the sea while holding a dog and screaming for help and the two defendants continued to attack them by throwing stones and various objects at them, including a chair. And also threatened them with unlawful bodily harm by killing them. At a certain point, Yiftach police arrived at the scene and managed to stop the attack and arrest the two suspects. Both spouses were evacuated to the hospital for treatment when both of them sustained injuries to their entire bodies and the young man even suffered a rib fracture.

An indictment was filed against the two today, alleging actual assault and sabotage by two and threats. The police also want to detain them until the end of the proceedings and the request states that the two defendants have a criminal record that includes two previous convictions for attempting to assault a police officer.
