The Prime Minister's Office has promised that the agreement with the United Arab Emirates will include a clause according to which it will not enter into force after the signing ceremony at the White House this coming Tuesday, but only after a vote in the government, according to a letter sent today (Monday). Barnea-Fargo. The letter was sent to Adv. Gilad Barnea, who asked for clarification that the agreement had not yet been discussed by the government.
On Saturday evening, Adv. Barnea sent a letter on behalf of businessmen Orni Petrushka and Yossi Schussman to the Prime Minister's Office, as well as to Defense Minister Bnei Gantz, Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi, Justice Minister Avi Nissenkorn and Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit. The Emirates was not approved by the government, neither in the cabinet nor presented to the Knesset as required by government regulations.

A day before the signing of the agreements, it is still not at all clear what their content will be.
Negotiations between them, between Israel, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, are still ongoing.
Despite requests from some ministers, so far the government has not held any discussion on the issue.
Government ministers have said that concealing contacts with the UAE, the lack of an orderly discussion in the government and the lack of transparency on the issue are undermining public confidence and could cause political damage.
The document signed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with Bahrain's foreign minister will be a general "peace declaration" that will only open negotiations on an agreement between the parties.
In the case of the Emirates it is a "peace treaty" that will be much more binding.
However, the agreement with the UAE is expected to be general, and not include controversial elements such as reference to annexation, a two-state solution or arms deals.
