A two-year-old boy died and his grandmother was seriously injured after being mown down by a car whose driver was dazzled by the sun on Saturday in Luxeuil-les-Bains (Haute-Saône), the AFP to the firefighters.

"An investigation was opened and entrusted to the gendarmerie"

A psychological unit set up
