The police in Oberkotzau had to move out twice because of a resolute drinker.
Several criminal charges await him now.
Oberkotzau
- At some point even the most beautiful high has to come to an end.
A man (42) from the Upper Franconian market
Oberkotzau
(district of Hof) saw it differently.
Even when the
police
dropped him off at the hospital, that didn't stop him from going out again and getting supplies.
And that despite the fact that his
blood alcohol content was
so high that inexperienced drinkers would have died from it.
Oberkotzau: The drunk first attacks the girlfriend then the police officers
As the
Upper Franconia police announced
on Thursday, officials were called to an apartment in
Oberkotzau
.
A 42-year-old is said to have threatened and insulted his 56-year-old partner.
When they got to the apartment, they found the man lying on the couch.
A cigarette in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.
When the
police
asked
him
to identify the butt, the 42-year-old became aggressive.
He tried to hit the officers.
However, they could wrestle him to the ground and tie him up.
Before that, however, they performed a
breath alcohol test
on the swallowing woodpecker.
It quickly turned out that this was probably not the first glass of wine the man had drunk that day.
The result of the test even went beyond the scale.
The
police
speak of an "unbelievable value" of at least five per thousand.
With such a
blood alcohol level
, others would already be in a coma or give up the spoon.
Oberkotzau: Man flees the hospital to get supplies
The
police
took him
to a hospital
so that the 42-year-old could sober up a little
.
But shortly after the blood sample was taken, the man fled the clinic.
That called the
police
again
on the scene.
After a short manhunt, they found the robust drinker at the
Oberkotzau
train station
.
There he had already bought two new Tetrapaks of red wine.
He had to do without that, however.
For him it went straight back to the hospital.
The 42-year-old with the fighter's liver can now expect several
criminal charges
.
Among other things, he will have to answer for the assault and resistance to law enforcement officers.
