The death toll from Coronavirus infections in Brazil has exceeded 11 million.
In a statement, the Brazilian Ministry of Health stated that the number of recorded infections with the virus infection during the past 24 hours increased by 80,508, bringing the total number to 11019344 cases.
The ministry added that it had detected 1,086 new deaths from the disease, bringing the death toll in the country to the level of 265411 people.
