Qabalan: The need to fortify national unity and adhere to the option of resistance

The excellent Jaafari Mufti in Lebanon, Sheikh Ahmed Kabalan, stressed the necessity of fortifying national unity on the basis of adhering to the option of resistance and preserving the army.

Qabalan said in a statement today: “What we need now is national unity on the basis of integrating national interests away from political capitulation and the horns of sedition, just as preserving the army and its national options is as necessary as the presence of Lebanon,” warning that Lebanon and the entire region fall on the line of an earthquake that is the most dangerous in years.

Qabalan stressed the need to form a national rescue government that would be able to pull the country out of the crisis it is experiencing.
