The Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 2,199 new infections and 77 deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
According to the ministry's data, the total number of injuries recorded in the country so far has reached four million and 237,790, while the total deaths have reached 126,767 deaths.
Italy ranks second with the highest toll in Europe after Britain, and in eighth place in the list of countries affected by the Corona virus after the United States, India, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russia and Britain.
