32-year-old accused of raping 5-year-old after ordering her to drink wine: "She cried and was scared"
Nathaniel Orkiza, a resident of Nokdim, is accused of assaulting a girl who entered his house to drink a glass of water, raping her and committing indecent acts on her.
He stopped his actions only when his partner entered the bedroom and was exposed to the harsh acts.
The prosecution asked the court to extend his detention until the end of the proceedings

An indictment was filed this morning (Monday) against Nathaniel Orkiza, a 32-year-old Nokdim resident, for raping a five-year-old girl who entered his home to drink water.
The counts of the offense with which he was charged are offenses of raping a minor who has not yet turned 14 without her consent, and indecent acts on a minor who has not yet turned 16 without her consent.
According to the indictment, on Monday last week the girl entered Orkiza's house to drink a glass of water.
He is accused of calling her to come to the bedroom, sitting her on the bed and playing with her.
It was further stated that Orkiza ordered her to drink a glass of wine.
He then raped her in the bathroom and in the bedroom.

"Orkiza stopped his actions only when his partner entered the bedroom and found him naked over their bed and the minor with her panties rolled up and she was crying and frightened," the indictment said.
The prosecution asked the court to order his detention until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
