Almost without rest, Anya Taylor-Joy is already embarking on a new project.
This time, the actress joins the remake of a horror film classic,
Nosferatu
, in
a new version that will be directed by Robert Eggers
.
The young woman, born in the United States and with a family of Argentine, Spanish and British origin, is building a career of great impact in Hollywood.
In a recent interview with the
Los Angeles Times
, he referred to several future projects, including this reversion to the classic vampire.

is a silent film, from 1922, and a key piece in German expressionist cinema whose plot revolves around the figure of a terrifying vampire.
The history
Nosferatu
is one of the many adaptations of
Dracula
, by Bram Stoker, in this case set in 1838, in Germany.
There, the young couple of Hutter and Ellen meet the owner of a castle, the eccentric Count Graf Orlock, who is actually a millennial vampire who spreads terror in the area.

The project to make this remake has several years, since the idea arose in 2017 and Taylor-Joy herself was then the protagonist of it.
The new
Nosferatu
would be the third film in which the actress would work directed by Eggers, with whom she already worked on
The Witch
in 2015, the film with which Anya began to become known.
The other project they shared is
The Northman
, where Taylor-Joy was part of an international cast in which she shared the screen with Nicole Kidman, Willem Dafoe, Ethan Hawke, Alexander Skarsgård and Björk.
The film, a historical thriller set in Iceland in the 10th century, has yet to be released.
