The victim, a 25-year-old Parisian student from Yvelines, was found seriously injured on April 19, 2017 in the early morning, in a field near the ponds of Boran-sur-Oise (Oise). Left to die completely naked by -4 degrees, he was hypothermic. A few hours earlier, he had met the accused (as well as a minor who will be tried later), in their vehicle, after an evening in Paris. He had asked them to take him home. The four young people then violently attacked him, to steal his property and make him confess his credit card code.
The defendants - two men aged 23 at the time of the facts, a young woman then aged 17 and another aged 14 - are tried for violence, extortion, torture and acts of barbarism, forcible confinement and theft.
They were found by telephone.
Their Audi A3 was also caught on CCTV cameras.
"It got out of hand"
According to certain statements held in police custody, the driver and owner of the vehicle, Montassar H., initiated the attack, which he denies. At the hearing, K., the minor suspected of having participated, questioned as a witness, instead instructed a sidekick, Marvin T. “
It is Montassar who is taking us. He said we were going to steal it. But we shouldn't hit him. But Marvin was drunk and he started hitting him. And it got out of hand
, ”he told the court.
The victim - present at the hearing - then gives a first code, which Montassar H. tests at an automatic distributor, accompanied by Emilie D. But “
the code he gave us was false.
So we kept hitting him to give us the correct code.
Then, Emilie, girlfriend at the time of Marvin, asked him to calm down because he had tried to put out her eyes with a key.
I rubbed the key in the earth to try to remove the blood,
”explains K.

The attackers undress the student, attempt to burn his eyebrows and other parts of his body with a lighter, or even push a branch into his anus.
Visibly little moved at the mention of this violence, Marvin T. recognizes the blows.
“
But I don't remember everything.
I had been drinking, I had smoked cannabis,
”he says.
Montassar H. denies the beatings, only confirming that he tried to recover the money.
The verdict is scheduled for Friday October 1.
