Disciplinary proceedings against magistrates continue to increase

This is one of the highlights of the activity report for the year 2020, published on Tuesday by the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM), chaired by Chantal Arens, first president of the Court of Cassation and François Molins, prosecutor. general at the Court of Cassation.
