The executive secretary of ECLAC, Alicia Bárcena, explains in an interview with José Antonio Montenegro in GloboEconomy, what ECLAC calls the paradox of the economic recovery of the region.

As he explains, although Latin America is going to have "significant growth," it cannot be considered genuine since, according to his calculations, "it is not going to translate into job creation yet."
