Schondorf - Scandal in the tranquil Schondorf!

District Administrator Thomas Eichinger snatches the woman away from his party colleague and constituency member Alex Dorow and he also pulls the strings with relish in the background.

Before the colorful leaves smell the headlines, here is the explanation: Thomas Eichinger and Alexa Dorow play the leading roles as the newly wed couple Corban in the crime thriller “The Trap”, in which Alex Dorow temporarily swaps his state chair for the director's chair.

With the Schondorf councilor Rainer Jünger as chief physician Dr.

Graff must be another CSU politician and

Hobby actors follow his instructions.

On Saturday, November 13th, the premiere of the amusing and captivating play will take place in the auditorium of the Landheim Ammersee.

As a precaution, every visitor to the perfidious game gets a sweet "anti-fainting snack" as soon as they enter.

After the corona-related break, a classic from the Schondorfer Jakobsbühne's repertoire is on the program.

"The Trap" is a brilliant piece by the French author Robert Thomas, whom his fans refer to as the "legitimate grandson of Agatha Christie".

The stage thriller premiered in Paris in 1960 and continues to sell out theaters across Europe to this day.

He plays in a chalet in the mountains of Chamonix, where the newly married couple Elisabeth and Daniel Corban (Alexa Dorow and Thomas Eichinger) want to spend their honeymoon.

After a violent argument, Elisabeth leaves her husband and is gone.

Daniel reports a missing person, but the investigation by Inspector Toulon (Holger Schmidt-Lutz) remains inconclusive.

After ten endless days, a priest (Martin Rempfer) appears with the repentant wife.

Daniel is shocked: this woman is not his wife!

Wrong woman

He desperately tries to convince the police that the woman is falsehood, but she behaves in a completely sovereign manner. Will one now believe her or him? Is Daniel the victim of a criminal intrigue or is he suffering from a mental illness? The game of power and powerlessness doesn't let go of the audience until the completely astonishing finale.

For more than twenty years, the Jakobsbühne has ensured a hundred percent clear-up rate for murder and manslaughter.

Mysterious cases, an apparently impenetrable thicket of greed, intrigue and vanity, garnished with black humor and an unpredictable outcome - these are the materials with which the actors around director Alex Dorow have been ensuring sold-out performances for years.

The accolade for the Jakobsbühne took place in 2011, when it was allowed to perform for the first time in the venerable Landsberg City Theater.

Since then, all of her pieces have been part of the regular program in Landsberg.

Just like this year with the “trap” on Saturday, December 4th at 8 pm.

The performance dates at Landheim Ammersee: November 13th, 14th, 27th and 28th.

The 3G plus rules apply.
