As soon as one of the defined limits - at least 80 percent of the intensive care bed occupancy in the control center area or 7-day incidence over 300 - has not been exceeded on at least three consecutive days, the Ostallgäu district office will immediately notify this officially.

In this case, the measures do not apply on the day following the announcement, unless they continue to apply on the basis of Sections 16 and 17 of the 14th BayIfSMV (“yellow” or “red corona traffic light” throughout Bavaria).
