The next planning steps have been decided, as is a new location. There is no doubt about it: there is again positive news to report when it comes to the Zollinger Dirt Park.

The next planning steps have been decided, as is a new location.

There is no doubt about it: there is again positive news to report when it comes to the Zollinger Dirt Park.

Zolling

- In April the Zollingen municipal council gave the green light for a dirt park and a pump track in an area north of the Anglberger Weiher.

Mayor Helmut Priller has now formed the municipal council on Tuesday about the state of affairs.

Conclusion: things are progressing.

(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

In the meantime, the architectural office Studio L2 has been selected for the planning steps from the execution of the approval planning to the property monitoring, which was the only one to submit an offer and consequently received the bid for the price of 12,300 euros, reported Priller.

The entire previous correspondence between the municipality and public bodies had also been made available to the architectural office.

Now it's time to plan security

The next step is to obtain binding statements from public bodies in order to have planning security, then the specifications for the subsequent tendering of the construction work are to be drawn up. The aim is to ensure that construction work can start as early as spring 2022. In doing so, one will almost certainly not come across any archaeological finds, said Priller, although the existence of such finds is likely. But: "We do not plow deeper than a farmer", which is why an accompaniment by the State Office for Monument Preservation is probably not necessary.

On Tuesday, Priller also announced a change compared to the planning status from spring 2021: The entire facility will be moved to the western plot of the planned area so that the free space gained in this way on the existing footpath of the Anglberger Weiher can be used as a reserve area for a playground.

Formal decision is still missing

Karl Toth (UBZ) asked how things are going with grants and commented critically that "the thing" had not yet been formally decided, but had already advertised and awarded service phases 4 to 8.
