The run was short. In just five days, the French and German judicial police managed to get their hands on Louis Folkert, 28, and his minor companion, while a second accomplice was wanted. The authorities were however cautious at the start of the week, avoiding any comments that could hinder the investigations.

, soberly declares a high-level source at the Ministry of the Interior. Recall that a judicial investigation for
"escape in an organized gang and attempted murder"
on a supervisor of the prison administration was opened, on Friday, by the prosecutor's office in Pontoise.
Detained in Osny prison, Folkert managed to escape on December 21 during a spectacular action to flee west of Düsseldorf, in North Rhine-Westphalia, very close to the Pays -Low.
