The Tyczka group of companies based in Geretsried has taken over Gase Partner GmbH (GPG) from Witten in the Ruhr area.
It continues on its growth course.

According to the press release, Tyczka is expanding its portfolio with a medium-sized company that is well established in the region and is continuing on its growth course in the industrial gases segment.
"We are very pleased to have found a company in GPG that not only has a great deal of experience in supplying its customers with technical gases, but whose corporate values are very similar to ours," said Dr.

Tyczka promises existing GPG customers the opportunity to access an expanded portfolio in addition to the usual products, with the same contact persons and ordering and delivery processes.
These include, for example, cryogenic liquefied air gases and refrigerants as well as individual application technology solutions, technical services and equipment in the industrial gases sector.
"It is of the utmost importance for us to give our customers the security that they can continue to obtain their gases from us in the quality and purity they are accustomed to," adds Martin Porsdorf, founder and member of the new management board of GPG.
At the same time, it is important to be able to offer new products and services.

According to the Tyczka Group, it employs around 600 people.
The core business areas are the nationwide energy supply with liquid gas and the marketing and production of industrial gases.
As reported, Tyczka is also investing in the hydrogen sector in order to contribute to the decarbonization of the economy and the conversion to a sustainable energy supply.
