After fourteen years of a soap opera with twists and turns, lively in political debates and legal proceedings, the construction site of the Triangle tower is underway, in the middle of the Parc des expositions at the Porte de Versailles.

Under the ring road, a guard with helmet and yellow vest bars the entrance to the site under high surveillance, preventing anyone curious from entering behind its high barricades.
Despite the firm opposition of local residents, environmental associations and the town hall of the 15th arrondissement, the preparatory work had already begun in December.
