Giant jet takes course for Nuremberg: landing is delayed

Actually, last Saturday was supposed to be the big day.

Plane spotters - i.e. so-called aircraft observers - had already entered the day in bold letters in the calendar.

Then the short-term change.

The landing was postponed to 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

"Why was the arrival postponed?" It was then immediately on Twitter in the comments.

The airport promptly replied that this sometimes happens with cargo charter flights.

The airport answered more questions from its followers on its Twitter page.

Among other things, it is now known that the machine flies from the USA to Nuremberg.

It can also be tracked via the app or the Flightradar24 website.

Only those who want to follow the landing of the drone live - with a wingspan of almost 75 meters, the Antonov has wings that are 15 meters larger than the Boeing 747 jumbo jet - have to get up early.
