According to the mainland media Xinhuanet, the Tsing Yi Fangcang shelter hospital, one of the projects aided by the central government, is expected to be delivered today (28th).
According to the report, the Tsing Yi Fangcai Hospital designed and constructed by China State Construction International Group Co., Ltd. will provide more than 3,800 isolation beds when it is fully put into use.

The reporter inspected the site of the Tsing Yi Fangcai Hospital yesterday afternoon. There were at least five long trucks loaded with container houses parked outside the site.
There are continuous cranes on the site to place the container complexes on the ground.
On-site workers pointed out that the previous problem of wage arrears has been resolved, and now they have to rush to work 24 hours a day. The workers have to work non-stop, hoping to complete the project tomorrow.

15 shovels and cranes work on the Kai Tak shelter hospital site
The Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Fangcai Hospital, also constructed by China Construction International, is undergoing foundation works at the site, and no assembled container houses have entered the site yet.
There were more than 15 shovels and cranes in operation on site, raising a lot of sand and dust from time to time.
The on-site workers pointed out that according to the current progress, it will take at least a month for the hospital to be completed, but the workers are working around the clock, and they "have not returned to the house for more than 30 hours."

It is reported that the land area of Tsing Yi Fangcai Hospital is as large as a racecourse, which is expected to accommodate more than 1,000 container houses and provide about 4,000 beds; the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal can accommodate 1,000 beds.
The government has also planned to build makeshift hospitals on four related sites including the former San Tin Shopping City, Tam Mei in Yuen Long, and Hung Shui Bridge, which is expected to provide 14,000 to 17,000 isolation units.
