A fire broke out in Yuen Long.
Today (April 1) at 0:00 am, a tin hut in Wing Kei Village, Castle Peak Road-Tamwei section suddenly caught fire. The fire department used a team of smoke caps and a hose to put out the fire nearly 20 minutes later.
It is understood that there were 6 people in the tin house that caught fire. It was suspected that when someone repaired the motorcycle, he accidentally burned debris and caused the fire. Fortunately, they were rescued by firefighters in time and were not injured.
During the fire, thick smoke once drifted to the adjacent Yuen Long Tamwei Fangcai Hospital, but fortunately there was no impact.
