Well, Dr. Alon explains that this is not a mosquito at all, but a harmless insect from the same series of mosquitoes that there is no need to be scared of at all.
"Although it is very similar to a mosquito because it also belongs to the fly family, but it is a treatment, it is an insect that resembles a mosquito, but is not harmful at all despite the similarity, they do not sting, do not feed on blood and can not harm humans. How do we know to differentiate between mosquito treatments?
The difference is very simple, the treatments are much larger compared to the mosquitoes.
The second difference is that they have no trunk, it is very easy to look and see that a mosquito has a trunk with which it stings and sucks blood while its treatment does not have this part in the head at all.
"Either way, the treatments disappear quickly, this is their season and the rest of the year they are generally in the form of larvae so that in another month there will be only mosquitoes and we will hardly see these giant mosquito-like figures," he concludes.
