The hunt for the terrorist who carried out the shooting attack in which two people were killed and 12 others injured was still ongoing, and according to eyewitnesses, the attacker was wearing a black T-shirt, black pants and a blue backpack and apparently armed with a gun.

Police said that "the public is asked to report any suspicious person or incident."

Tel Aviv District Commander Ami Eshed said that "the terrorist apparently fled to one of the alleys. I ask to stay in the houses and close the doors. The signs indicate that this is an attack, but we do not rule out further directions."

The investigation of the incident shows that the terrorist arrived at the "Ilka Bar" on the street, in the heart of the area where many young people spend Thursday evening, opened fire - and fled.

Many police forces and hundreds of policemen are in the city in an attempt to locate the terrorist. At first, the forces concentrated around a building on the street, but the fear that the terrorist was fortified there was dispelled. After about an hour and a half, a suspect was arrested, but apparently not a terrorist.
