In October 2021, the video of the attack on a teacher in Combs-la-Ville (Seine-et-Marne) had looped on social networks, reacting to the Minister of National Education, Jean- Michael Blanker.
This time, the scene was apparently not filmed, but the emotion remains no less at the Fabien college in Saint-Denis.
On Sunday, staff from the establishment gathered as a collective issued a press release to denounce the attack on a professor.
The attack, confirmed by the teachers' union Snes-FSU 93, took place in the middle of class on Friday morning.
According to the press release, a student "violently attacked her with her bare hands".
"Immediately, students intervened to protect their teacher who was subsequently taken care of by the Samu and taken to the hospital", describes the collective.

According to the collective, the educational community has been calling for the classification of the establishment in a reinforced priority education network for several years while it is currently classified as a simple REP.
“Following an administrative error, we are refused the REP + classification even though we meet all the criteria to claim it (…) Instead, the rectorate is planning yet another class closure for the next school year: the numbers are exploding” , he laments, demanding a “hearing at the rectorate” and more resources for the college.
Contacted, the collective affirms that the students were not welcomed by the teachers on Friday afternoon and that a meeting is planned with the deputy academic director this Tuesday morning.
For its part, the academic management and the rectorate could not be reached on this holiday Monday.
