Today, in As-Suwayda, the competitions of the governorate championship with rifle and air pressure shooting, which was set up by the technical committee of the game under the supervision of the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation branch, concluded with the participation of 23 male and female players from the shooting club and the two training centers in the clubs of Ura and Kafr.

The Venice competition for men was won by Sami Al-Bahri, followed by Abdullah Abu Asli, then Muhannad Al-Bahri, and for the women by Noor Obaid, followed by Raghad Zain Al-Din and then Sawsan Al-Bahri.

In the pistol competition, the men came first with Nizar Ayoub, followed by Hisham Salah al-Din, thirdly by Muhannad Harb and the women, Hayat al-Hussein, secondly by Kholoud Zain al-Din, and thirdly by Raghad Ballan.

The head of the technical committee for shooting in Suwayda, Raya Zain Al-Din, pointed out in a statement to SANA reporter, the importance of the tournament and participation in it, in order to develop the reality of the game, restore it to its glory, prepare for the upcoming benefits, and overcome the conditions and difficulties that faced its practice in the governorate during the past years.

At the end of the tournament, the winners were honored in the presence of Tariq Al-Afeef, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation branch in Sweida, and Nasser Al-Najjar, a member of the Executive Committee.
