The town of Kafarbohm in the western Hama countryside witnessed this evening celebrations and a carnival parade on the occasion of the glorious Easter and the Baoud Day.
The carnival procession, in which the various civil, religious and youth activities of the town participated, roamed the main streets of the town in a festive atmosphere.
Fadel Al-Saad, one of the people who participated in the celebrations, said in a statement to SANA’s reporter, that at this time of the year, the people of the town celebrate Easter, the resurrection of Christ, peace be upon him. Hilla, Janet Shalash, from Kafrbhum, expressed her overwhelming happiness for her family's participation in these celebrations, expressing her hope that this holiday will return to Syria and its people with goodness, Yemen and blessings, and that peace and security will prevail throughout its regions.
