The wounded Khaled Al-Assaad, students of Al-Basel School for Outstanding Students in Homs Governorate, participated in an interactive specialized lesson on the wounded and the values of defending the homeland.
The Wounded Watan Project stated in a post on its Facebook page that the wounded Al-Assaad was wounded during the battles to liberate the homeland, which led to the amputation of his lower limbs, and he holds a university degree in psychological counseling.
The publication explained that this unprecedented experience of the wounded in giving model interactive lessons in schools aims to revive the living memory of the students and contribute to the consolidation of the heroism and sacrifices that the wounded made to liberate and defend the land.
