Paris: the arsonist of the 11th century wanted to "clean up the neighborhood"

He was sleeping quietly on boulevard Richard-Lenoir when his tent caught fire for no reason.

It had only taken him a few seconds to escape the flames.

This 36-year-old homeless man had been close to death on April 8 in Paris (XIe).

A few weeks later, a man suspected of being the cause of this fire has just been arrested.
