At around 2 am, it was reported that when two men left a hotel at 17-19 Shanlin Road, they were attacked by two people with knives outside the hotel door, during which they snatched a LV brand bag containing about 2,000 yuan in cash and bank card etc.

After the two murderers succeeded, they boarded a private car and fled.

The two men who were robbed, aged 54 and 58, both suffered stab wounds to their hands and were taken to hospital for treatment.

Police are investigating the incident and no one has been arrested.

As far as the scene saw, there were 3 bloodstains outside the hotel, and a pair of glasses was left behind.

Police said the two injured, surnamed Liang (58) and Yang (54), both suffered hand injuries.

At 2:18 in the morning, the police received a report from a man surnamed Leung, saying that two men in their 30s attacked him and a man surnamed Yang with a knife near Nos. 17-19, Hillwood Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, and robbed them of a piece worth about 14,000. The handbag contains a wallet worth about 1,800 yuan, several bank cards and about 2,000 yuan in cash.

The two knifemen then boarded a private car suspected to be driven by a man in his 30s and fled.

Police officers arrived at the scene, and after preliminary investigation, the case was classified as "robbery" and was handed over to the Yau Tsim Police District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up. No arrests have been made so far.

The two injured were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
