Ramzan Kadyrov, the president of the Chechen Republic in Russia, said today (Saturday) that Russia should consider using low-power nuclear weapons in Ukraine, this in view of the change in the balance of power in the last weeks in the combat zones.
Kadyrov published the words on his Telegram account, where he wrote: "In my opinion, more drastic measures should be taken, including the declaration of military rule in the border areas, and the use of low-power nuclear weapons."
His words come days after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the annexation of the four occupied regions in Ukraine.
