About a month after the death of Mehsa Amini ignited a wave of protests, on Saturday the Iranian networks shared what appeared to be shocking footage of the killing of a protester by security forces

A video of a woman who is apparently in her last moments after being shot by Iranian security forces in the city of Mashhad on Saturday has gone viral on social media in Iran.

The name of the victim is still unclear, but Israel Hayom has learned that she was indeed shot as part of the hijab riots.

The specific circumstances under which she was shot and the mother eventually died are not clear.

In the video, people are seen approaching her in what appears to be her last moments after she was shot in broad daylight as part of the protests.

The video mentioned another similar case, in 2009, when the security forces shot Nada Sultan as part of the "Green Revolution".

Meanwhile, about a month after Mahsa Amini's death ignited a wave of demonstrations, the protest expanded over the weekend in several locations.

Among other things, another shocking document was circulated on Saturday in which a man was seen shot to death in his car in the Kurdish city of Sanandag after he participated in a protest by drivers who held a demonstration with sirens in the streets as a sign of solidarity with the Iranian women.

At least 150 people have died so far since the riots began in mid-September.

Thousands were arrested.

Among those killed in the protest were two young women aged 16 and 17 who, according to the regime, fell from roofs during a protest, but according to their families, were murdered by the regime with brutal beatings, and this was even verified by pathological reports obtained by the BBC.

A famous tiktoker was also murdered by the regime, Hadis Najafi, who was a famous figure on the social network, among other things, in light of the way he encouraged women to dress freely.

As you may recall, Amini's death a month ago occurred when she arrived with her family in Tehran and was arrested after not wearing a head covering properly, according to the "Modesty Police".

Amini was Kurdish, but the protest crossed sectors.

In Kurdish cities, there was a significant increase in demonstrations on Saturday (which is the first working day of the Iranian week).

The demonstrators were shot by the security forces, who also dispersed tear gas.

"In the educational institutions, the riots were started by the students in the city of Sanandag and Skaz, and then the security forces began to respond with violence," sources at the human rights organization Hengaw told CNN.

Even in the rest of the Islamic Republic, the riots continued despite the regime's futile attempts to brutally suppress them for a month.

Among other things, the riots were recorded in the capital city of Tehran, with smoke in the streets and the sounds of gunfire.
