Stoltenberg's statement came hours after the report in the "New York Times", according to which Israel began to play a more significant role in the war alongside Ukraine, after the Iranian drones entered the campaign. According to the report, an Israeli company provides "basic intelligence" regarding the drones.

On top of that, a source who spoke to the newspaper anonymously, revealed that a private Israeli company provides "satellite photos of Russian positions" to Kiev.

Last week, Ukraine's ambassador to Israel, Yevhan Kornichuk, told "Israel Today" that "Russia's rapprochement with Iran is a very significant factor that will bring Israel and Ukraine closer together."

According to him, "We were warned a long time ago that Iran has not bad drones, even before the signing of contracts (between Russia and Tehran) and said that they are dangerous and carry significant payloads.
