Health explains the reason for the absence of the ambulance from the Artouz stadium match

The Ministry of Health confirmed that it did not report the holding of a football match, or any sporting event by any party, or an event in Artouz Stadium, in order to send an ambulance and a medical team to the stadium.

The confirmation of health came in response to what some social media pages circulated about the absence of an ambulance in Artouz stadium during a football match, during which the coach of the guards of Moadamiya Al-Sham club was exposed to a health problem that led to his death.

The Ministry of Health stated in a statement that SANA received a copy of it today that the Damascus Countryside Health Directorate was not informed of the match, but when the coach fell ill, the ambulance and emergency system was notified by one of those on the field, and immediately sent the nearest ambulance to the hospital to which the coach was transferred from the stadium, but Death occurred before her arrival.

The Ministry confirmed the readiness of the ambulance and emergency system to cover all sporting and non-sporting events and activities when officially notified by sending a fully equipped ambulance and the presence of a specialized medical staff.
