The commander of the Russian special military operation, Sergey Surovkin, announced the achievements of the operation in the field, explaining that strikes are being carried out with high-precision weapons on military facilities and the infrastructure of the Ukrainian forces affecting their combat capabilities.
"The group of forces is currently taking measures to build the combat and numerical strength of military formations and units, create additional reserves, equip defensive lines and positions along the entire line of contact," stressing that strikes with precision weapons on military facilities and infrastructure affect On the continuing combat capability of the Ukrainian forces.

Surovkin also revealed that the Russian forces had destroyed more than 600 targets of the Ukrainian forces by attacking drones, in addition to carrying out more than 8,000 sorties by drones.
Surovkin pointed out that there is evidence that the Kyiv regime is using prohibited methods of warfare in the Kherson region, and is preparing for a massive missile attack on the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, and his forces also discussed the possibility of indiscriminately launching a massive missile and artillery strike on the city center, regardless of civilian casualties. He stressed that the Russian army has a different strategy, and it is not striving to achieve high rates of progress, but we protect every soldier and systematically eliminate the advancing enemy, which significantly reduces the number of casualties among the civilian population as well as the losses of our forces.
Surovkin considered that the situation in the area of special operations is “generally tense,” with the Kyiv regime’s continuing attempts to attack the positions of the Russian forces, especially in the “Kobiansk, Krasnolimansk and Nikolaev” axes.
Surovkin revealed that the Kyiv regime is mobilizing all reserve forces to achieve penetration, including forces of weak territorial defenses to penetrate our defenses.
Sorovikin warned that these actions could lead to the destruction of the infrastructure of a large industrial center, and inflicting great losses on the civilian population, explaining that NATO demands Kyiv to attack at any cost.
Surovkin noted that the Russian army will ensure the timely departure of civilians from the Kherson region with the threats of Ukrainian forces within the framework of the resettlement program prepared by the Russian government.
Sorovikin explained that the plans and actions of the Russian armed forces regarding Kherson will depend on the development of the tactical military situation, considering that his forces will proceed from the need to preserve the lives of the civilian population and its soldiers, and will act consciously and in a timely manner, and does not rule out making difficult decisions.
