After Bause, Egli and Llambi: "The Schlager Night of the Year" gets a new duo of moderators

RTL also wants to offer its viewers something when it comes to hits.

"The Schlager Night of the Year" will once again have a new moderator duo this year.

Cologne – Schlager shows on German television have been springing up like mushrooms for a while.

Florian Silbereisen (41) regularly draws numerous viewers in front of the screens with his formats in the first, on ZDF Giovanni Zarrella (44) is the king of the hit with his own show.

Of course, the private broadcasters also want a piece of the cake.

RTL has therefore been broadcasting “The Schlager Night of the Year” for several years.

However, the TV gala has not yet been able to agree on a permanent team of moderators.

While "Die Schlagernacht des Jahres" 2018 was initially moderated by "Bauer sucht Frau" host Inka Bause (53), RTL relied on Bause the following year in cooperation with "Let's Dance" juror Joachim Llambi (58).

Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the television gala could only start again in 2021.

At that time, Beatrice Egli (34) and Eloy de Jong (49) tried to leave the moderation to two obvious hit experts.

This year, however, "The Schlager Night of the Year" will again be moderated by a different duo.

Is the change of moderators at RTL part of the concept?

Because in 2022, another duo will again lead the show on “Die Schlagernacht des Jahres”.

With Steffi Brungs (33), an experienced TV host and journalist is starting for RTL.

The presenter is supported by hit star Ramon Roselly (28), who hopefully will have the necessary expertise in folk music for the show.

It is possible that Beatrice Egli could not be won again for "The Schlager Night of the Year" because she recently moderated her own pop show for MDR.

With top-class guests like Michelle (50), Thomas Anders (59) and Matthias Reim (64), Brungs and Roselly want to inspire the viewers of the RTL extravaganza.

"Die Schlagernacht des Jahres" will be broadcast on December 7th at 8:15 p.m. on RTLup.

Whether Steffi Brungs and Ramon Roselly will convince with their moderation remains to be seen.
