Tiktukno: summary of today's events in sports, 22.11 (Sport1)
The second consecutive draw in the World Cup in Qatar left Saudi Arabia at the top of Group C, after their sensational win over Argentina and a disappointing 0:0 draw between Poland and Mexico.
The highlight of the game was Guillermo Ochoa's spectacular save on Robert Lewandowski's penalty, the dip that was worth a precious point in a better game by the Mexicans.
16 years after he was named to the Mexico national team squad in the 2006 World Cup, the veteran goalkeeper entered the history books along with several other players leading the tournaments in which he took part - five in number.
The network praised the Mexican star: "Mexico receives Ochoa every four years and in every performance he is its best player", "the real wall in Mexico" and "at the age of 37 he is the best on the grass, a legend".
The goalkeeper also received the award for the outstanding player of the game at the end.

The penalty miss and the biggest disappointment of the game, Robert Lewandowski, recorded a second consecutive game in which he did not score from the penalty spot, this after he missed his last game in Barcelona before the World Cup.
For the Polish striker, this is the second tournament in which he wears the team's uniform, but in his 11 shots on goal in the two tournaments, he hit the target only four times and did not score even once.
Bayern Munich fans killed the striker who left them in the summer: "Two penalties you missed, suspension from three games, European league - all in three weeks. Enjoying your new life, Lewandowski?".

The numbers:
* Tonight Kamil Glick made his 100th appearance in the uniform of the Polish national team.
* 79 penalty kicks during his career - missed only eight, but two of them were in the last two games (tonight against Mexico and in Barcelona's last game).
* First time in the history of the World Cup that a captain missed a captain's penalty.
* The second draw in a row in today's World Cup matches, after there was only one in Russia in 2018 - between Denmark and France in the group stage.
* The penalty that Ochoa stopped was the second in the history of the Mexican team in the World Cup, with the last penalty being in the first ever World Cup in 1930.
* It was the 17th penalty that Ochoa stopped during his career and the fourth in the uniform of the Mexican national team.
