After the wonderful 6:2 over Iran in their opening game, the England team is trying to continue the momentum, to defeat the United States team this evening (Friday) and practically secure a place in the round of 16.
The big news in the Three Lions team comes from the direction of Harry Kane, who injured his ankle against the Iranians, but is fit and kept his place in Gareth Southgate's lineup, who made no changes to the 11, and also receives Harry Maguire in full fitness.
While England celebrated, the United States drew a dramatic 1-1 draw with Wales in their opening match and will now try to do something they haven't done since 1950 (when they beat England in one of the biggest upsets ever) - keep a clean sheet against European opposition at the World Cup.
Weston McKinney and Yusuf Musa who were injured against the Welsh are fit and kept their place in the 11, Gio Raina who did not participate in the first game is again on the bench.
