At a certain point, an MGB officer who was operating at the scene and felt that his life was in danger due to the shooting of fireworks and Molotov cocktails at him from a range of a few meters, fired accurately at the two suspects and neutralized them. Both attackers were moderately injured and were evacuated for medical treatment.
