A 30-year-old man was shot to death this evening (Tuesday) in a violent incident that occurred near the Iksal interchange in northern Israel.
The MDA team that arrived at the scene performed CPR on him while he was suffering from penetrating injuries and was unconscious, at the end of which they had to pronounce him dead.
"When we arrived at the scene, we saw the injured man lying unconscious and suffering from a penetrating injury to his body," said MDA paramedic Mordechai Dediashvili who was present at the event.
"We gave him medical treatment and performed medical tests on him, but his injury was critical and he was pronounced dead."

This is the second resident of Iksal who was murdered today, following the murder that took place this morning at the entrance to Lifat in which a 40-year-old resident of the place was murdered.
According to the data, this is the 53rd murder in Arab society since the beginning of 2023.
"Blood continues to be spilled in the streets and the minister is busy establishing private militias," the organization "Have you seen the horizon lately", which promotes Jewish-Arab political partnership, responded to the event.
"Israel is bleeding, and the government is silent. Minister Ben Gabir doesn't even bother to visit the murder scenes, and the government does nothing to address crime in Arab society," he added.
