The result, the exhibition "Paris, capital of gastronomy, from the Middle Ages to the present day", is on view until mid-July.
Its purpose?
"Provide panoramic, transversal and eclectic lighting, a journey through 6.5 centuries of history and culture
" explains Mr. Gaudry.
And show, through a varied selection of 300 items (menus, tableware, manuscripts, photos, paintings, agricultural objects, furniture, etc.), the central role of Paris in the influence of French gastronomy.
