“Three years after entering the working world, I decided to change company. Along the way, I
increased my salary
by 15%.
But, after eighteen months, I needed more sense and I moved into the public sector
,” explains Thibaut, 29.
However, this quest for meaning was not achieved at any price.
“They aligned with my private salary,”
underlines this young strategy adviser.
In this microcosm of young graduates from prestigious schools, finding a job has never been very complicated.
But since the end of the Covid period, employers have been waging a merciless war to try to attract them.
"I'm hunted two to three times a week
," says Thibaut.
With such solicitations, these "talents" - as recruiters call them - no longer hesitate to raise the stakes, sometimes going as far as excessive demands, likely to create tensions in the company.
