The Marseille public prosecutor's office announced this Friday the opening of a judicial investigation against X for "
homicide and involuntary injuries
" following the collapse on April 9 of a building in the city center of Marseille which had killed 8 people and several injured.
The investigation confirmed that the explosion had occurred on the 1st floor of this building located at 17 rue de Tivoli, the floor where an 88-year-old single woman, Antoinietta Alaimo, lived and that this explosion "was due to
