Three are accused, including young men from Haifa and Nazareth, in the murder of Khaled Jabarin last February. In the documentation that was revealed for the first time, you can see how the defendants drive around the area with the vehicle until one gets out, enters the store - and shoots him dead. Decoding the case was made possible, among other things, thanks to the wiretapping that incriminated a central defendant

The Haifa District Attorney's Office today (Monday) filed serious indictments against three men in the city's district court, for the premeditated murder of 42-year-old Khaled Jabarin who was shot to death inside his business and his 32-year-old brother Muhammad in Jadeida Makar.

The murder incident was cracked by the Central Unit of the Coastal District.

The two, residents of Umm Al Fahm, moved to the settlement of Jadeida Makar after getting involved in large debts in the gray market and to dubious sources and for their livelihood they opened the natural health drinks MIAMI JUICE in the settlement.

But the debts, and the gun bullets, chased them there too.

The indictment shows that 28-year-old Rajab Rajab from Nazareth, who claimed to Muhammad that he owed him a lot of money, is a friend of his brother-in-law Shafik Azuka, 18 years old from Haifa.

On this background, the two linked to the murder one of the Jabarin brothers, and for this purpose they equipped themselves with an operational vehicle, a 9mm pistol and matching ammunition.

The fatal event happened on the night of February 19.

Their friend, 26-year-old Mohammed Kayel from Old Acre, arranged for them to park next to the house of an acquaintance of his, which is next to the store, he guided them there, and as a preliminary preparation, at 07:00, Rajab parked the stolen Mazda 3 car, which they organized, and they left there by car Other.

The indictment shows that later, in the evening, Rajab, Shafik and others returned to Jadeida Makar, Kayal drove them to the parked car in which they got into armed with a gun and they first passed the store several times before the assassination.

Shafiq was driving and Rajab was sitting next to him.

In the store at the time were Khaled Jabarin and Sharif Khatib, a 22-year-old Palestinian resident of the Territories, who had been employed in the store for several days.

Shortly after 10:00 p.m., the Mazda car stopped near the business and, according to the indictment, Rajab got out of it masked and wearing gloves with the gun in his hand, he entered the business running, fired seven shots at the late Khaled Jabarin at short range, and at Mashraf Khatib Two more shots and he ran back to the car which sped off into the night.

The Netan Hayan team that was called to the scene found Khaled Jabarin lying on the floor of the store lifeless. He was transferred to the Galilee Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Mishraf was transported injured to the hospital, operated on and released after three days of hospitalization.

The indictment also states that later that night, the assassins took several actions to disrupt the investigation - they deleted correspondence and phone call records, went to the neighbor's house in the village, paid him, and in return took the DVR of the security cameras that were looking at the Mazda car parked near his house, and around 01:30 they set fire to the vehicle in a grove near the village of Jadeida Makar.

The vehicle was completely burned.

In an assessment of the situation conducted by the commander of the Coastal District, Superintendent Yoram Sofer, the investigation was entrusted to the police. After a month of investigation, arrests began in which a total of 14 residents of Jadeida Mekr, Nof HaGalil, Acre, Haifa and Umm El Fahm were arrested, as suspects of one or another involvement in the planning of the murder, in its execution and with the assistance of the after-the-fact. The three remain. Against some of the others, the police still intend to file charges in a normal procedure.

It also emerges that calls made by Rajev Rajev from his phone were listened to by the police, incriminating him.

Among other things, the police listened to a conversation in which Rajab addressed Muhammad Kiel and asked him to locate his whereabouts while sending him a photo of his ID card.

Security cameras seized by the investigators and the "Hawk's eye" cameras on the roads recorded the route of the Mazda vehicle and the vehicle that brought them to it.

Shafik incriminated himself and his friends when, in the voice-overs that the prosecutor planted in his detention cell, he gave a detailed description of the events of that fatal day and, among other things, said that he was the driver of the Mazda and said that it was Rajab who shot the deceased and Mashrafe. Therefore, he remained separated from them. A defense attorney appeared next to him.

But the prosecution does not rely only on him.

Prosecutor Khaled Kharoosh prepared with more than 140 witnesses to prove the guilt of the three in two separate proceedings and at the same time as filing the indictments, this morning he also requested the extension of their detention until the end of the legal proceedings against them.

Hearings on the substance of the requests will be held in about three weeks, and in the meantime, in two separate hearings held by Judge Nitzan Silman, he extended the detentions until another decision.

Adv. Ali Saadi, who represents with Adv. Adel Boyarat, Rajab Rajab and Muhammad Kiyal, told Walla!: "This is material that comes from the testimony of another defendant in the affair, which links the two defendants in a privileged manner, but of course they deny any connection to the execution The murder either directly or indirectly. They were not there at all at the time of the incident. We have not yet received the evidence in the prosecutor's office, but upon receipt of the material we will address each and every charge and defend their innocence."

The head of the investigation team at the Hoof District Court, Associate Professor Ayman Barakhet, added: "The investigation of the murder case in which 14 people involved were arrested and interrogated led us to the conclusion that it was a carefully planned murder for which the suspects were held for a long time. In a short time we brought the suspects into custody and gathered evidence which led to the An indictment for murder. We are constantly continuing intensive investigations in all cases of murder and serious violence in order to bring the suspects to justice as was done in this case."
