Looking back and digging into the historical facts, it is clear that for 75 years the Palestinians have been presenting a lie called the Nakba.
In 1948, 7 Arab armies invaded the newly declared State of Israel, with the clear intention of destroying it. Why did they do this? After all, the land was not stolen from them because it was never theirs. In addition, they were offered a state in the UN partition plan, but they refused.
In fact, it was Arab leaders who ordered them to flee, not the Jews. Moreover, the Arabs who remained received full citizenship in Israel.
The real reason the Palestinians started the war was their refusal to accept that the Jews had come home to the Land of Israel.
The Nakba, which means catastrophe, expresses the failure of the Arabs to commit genocide against the Jews. The Nakba is the embrace of hatred of Jews and incitement to lies based on historical lies. All these contribute to and create today's conflict.
We will never apologize for celebrating our right to self-determination in our homelands, and we will never stop the celebrations of our independence that began in 1948. Racist chants will never win.
